Our client, a major multi-national consumer electronics giant, are looking for a Field Service Engineer within AV/HA

Core Responsibilities:
- Arrangement of Training sessions for distributors
- Keeping and updating trainee database
- Drafting and announcement of the correct procedures, policies and documentations requirements of repairs / defect phases
- Issuing of D/N, Payment Control
- Drafting and announcement of service bulletins for the department
- Assistance in warranty claim verification
