Finance and Human Resources Manager

Take responsibility for overall management and delivery of the finance department.

Provide financial management advice to the General Manager on budgets, preparing periodical forecasts and any changes needed. Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the business, interpret the company's financial results to the General Manager and recommend improvement activities.

Monthly reporting on the financial position of the business, to the General Manager, Regional Management, and Group Finance Team and ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met.

Forecast cash flow positions, liaising with Group Treasurer and bankers on borrowing needs and available funds for investment. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and internal controls are in place and in use at all times.

Issuing invoices to customers. Chasing payments from customers, in line with company payment terms.

Control of salary payments to staff.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions carried out by local finance team, in line with company policies and deadlines. Adequate and timely booking of the day to day transactions.

Insurance are reviewed and renewed to comply with company policy. Statutory and corporate and legal records are maintained and filed in timely with local authorities and Group Legal department.

Take responsibilities to manage and handle full spectrum of Human Resource Duties and Responsibilities.

Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment and selection matters and to liaise with HODs on manpower requirement to carry out.

Responsible on employees compensation & benefits program including but not limited to employee job evaluation, benefits salary structure, etc. to attract, motivate and retain talents.

Responsible on staff training and development by identifying external training providers and align employee development plan with company business strategies and organization development.

Assist and support HODs on termination and disciplinary matters concerning staff disciplinary, coaching, counseling, domestic and misconduct investigation.

Manage expatriate / foreign workers and immigration matters (work permit and visa).

Ensure confidentiality of all information, documents related to employees' personal matter such as salary should not be disclosed to unauthorized person/party.

Ensure employee data quality is well maintain, HR analytics and delivery on HR KPI's.

Promote communication at all levels. Support internal communication and employee information.
