Finance, HR and Admin Manager
Al Ain Finance Company, a newly established finance company in Abu Dhabi is seeking talented, experienced and high caliber candidates for the role of Finance, HR and Amin Manager.
Principal responsibilities
• The Jobholder will have the overall responsibility for managing the company finance, Human Resources and Administration Functions.
• Implement and setup the company financial system including hardware, software and company accounting, Human Resources and Administration policies and procedures
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain excellent relationship with company bankers and ensure all company banking and treasury requirements are met
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and annual financial reports as required by the senior management and external stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain company Human Resources policies and procedures
• Ensure all manpower plans for the company are met thorough proper hiring of talented and high caliber employees
• Prepare and maintain employee performance management system
• Ensure all company administration requirements are met including renewal of trade licenses, applying and renewing of employee visas, and all other administration requirements
