Flexo Mounting Machine Operators

We are currently following for Flexo Mounting Machine Operators who can work on Flexo HD machines or Hi – Tech flexo pack machines.
The candidate will report to Section Supervisor – Printing
Qualifications and skills:

• Select inks according to the substrates
• Select suitable analox roller as per the image printing.
• Setup/Startup and operate the Flexo printing machine with proper registration.
• Run printing machines with optimum speed and ensure that process waste is maintained at minimum.
• Monitor quality and perform online inspection, troubleshoot quality related issues whenever
• Calculate raw material requirement for each job as per work order.
• Perform simple mechanical repairs whenever required.
• Maintain good housekeeping at plant.
• Education: Technical Graduate / ITI in Plastics Processing/Electrical/ Mechanical.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in printing machines. .
• Operating knowledge of flexible (Stack and C.I Press) plastics film printing machines.
• Hardworking, flexible and cooperative.
• Diploma printing – preferred
• Work experience- minimum 5-6 years in CI flexo printing
• Experience on latest HD flexo m/c form W&H;/ BOBST/F&K;/UTECO /Flexotechnica is preferred
• Good knowledge of inks/ shade matching
• Able to trouble shoot print defects and take corrective measures
• Good communication skill in English (read/write/speak)
• Basic computer knowledge
