Front Office Receptionist ( Eastern European National )

We are looking for a well mannered with first class customer service to join this multi-disciplinary clinic located in Dubai.
You will be an additional to the team. A front line of communication for the facility and  provide comprehensive, efficient, administrative support across the clinic, including to the Managing Director. Responding to email and telephone queries, booking and arranging appointments, typing correspondence.
This post would suit an organised methodical person, polished and articulate with good communication skills.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in working in a medical, patient environment or a customer service setting.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, with a clear speaking voice 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated in accomplishing daily tasks, be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to operate multi-line telephone system
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Good attendance and time-keeping 
  • Flexibility in approach to changes in service needs 
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
