General Technician - Accommodation

Attend to all kinds of routine maintenance in the associates rooms and public areas in the accommodation including planned maintenance, cleaning, repairs, etc. Expected to respond to calls from the Assistant Accommodation Manager and Security to assist with Associate room and public area related works. As a general technician, you will be responsible for the below responsibilities.

To be instructed by the relevant supervisor of his duties in regards to maintaining associates room and public areas to the highest possible standard.
To be fully versed and capable in electrical, plumbing and painting requirements related to the designated areas of work (should be multi-skill).
To be practically adaptable and willing to take on works and requirements asked to him.
If judged to be capable of carrying out a different job title/requirement, must be willing to accept new job challenges and position.
Familiarize himself with the total accommodation layout.
To be fully aware of and carryout healthy and safe work practices at all times.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the room is left clean and in perfect working condition after completion of any work performed.
Ensure that all tools in the maintenance cart are kept clean and in good condition.
Follow all Accommodation Rules.
