Baker Hughes Incorporated (BHI) offers the opportunity as an experienced Geomarket Asset Manager to join the team in Dubai, UAE (Not limited to other Middle East Country).
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Assists GeoMarket FP&A and closely follow up on the status of CIOs to ensure assets are capitalized on actual period so that we are not missing any depreciation or late capitalizations
- Closely monitors manual eTRS completion
- Works closely with all the countries to ensure accuracy of the Asset Register vs the Equipment register
- Monitors the asset counts schedule, completion and accuracy
- Coordinates with Operations and submit quarterly reports of assets proposed for impairment
- Works with Asset management group to implement process changes and provide training where required
- Trains staff in the SAP processes used to schedule counts, conduct counts and post results
- Drives Operations to use correct movements of the assets in SAP
- Handles special projects as assigned
Essential Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain
- 3+ years' experience in assets management and control
- Experience in SAP
- Process oriented with good team work and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel and work in any location and other worldwide locations and ability to work in a team environment and/or on own initiative
