Ihre Aufgaben

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Strategic and operational development of the company
• Lead all operational departments such as technical, manufacturing,

assembly, installation, quality, purchasing and supply-chain

• Optimize cost and quality for serial-type modular units
• Ensure quality standards are met in local value creation, procurement

and equipment installation

• Define suitable value chain for single projects
• Improve the procurement approach and purchase conditions
• Ensure cost-efficient local assembling and manufacturing
• Define role and responsibilities of local R&D; together with BU and

company management

• Develop R&D; team, skills and infrastructure according to the defined

role and responsibilities

• Report to the Board of Directors and Head of Business Unit

Ihr Profil

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and

experiences:

• University degree in Engineering, additional business classes are

advantageous

• Working experience with technical products for the construction industry
• At least 10 years of working experience in an operational leadership

role

• Experience in project business
• Experience in R&D; are an advantage
• Excellent German and English language skills, Arabic is an advantage
• Cultural sensitivity
• Openness for change and pro-active attitude
