Global Director - Sales & Marketing

NTS Group have been retained to conduct a search for Global Director of Sales & Marketing for a leading multi national in job role will be to establish strategies and long term plans for the company’s categories in all regions/markets, as well as coordinate, supervise and evaluate the marketing activities within the department and develop systems for the growth and development of the marketing team.

Tasks & Duties:

• Develop the overall direction of the marketing function based on set strategies , including planning, development and implementation of marketing plans and programs in areas such as market research, sales promotion, pricing, advertising and public relations
  
• Identify and close new business opportunities across the markets/regions
  
• Selling the companies products and services across the region
  
• Negotiating terms and contracts
  
• Continue to develop and source accurate market information
  
• Deliver product demonstrations
