Job Summary:
Define at MEA level a comprehensive portfolio strategy that addresses the mid to long term countries and regional portfolio needs in order to maximize the portfolio performance. The strategy includes in/out-licensing of elements of the portfolio and fostering opportunities with external partners.
Generate additional income in the MEA cluster by seeking, structuring, negotiating, tracking and managing collaborative arrangements with partner companies. These arrangements will cover all CSO, in/out licensing, localization (local production) projects.
Job holder must have,
Minimum 8 years professional experience, including country operational experience as well experience in administration, organization and control.

Ability to see beyond the figures and to discuss and analyze the outcome of different alternative decisions
Leadership with managerial capacity, self-starting approach and proactive working style
Proven analytical skills
Ability to take decisions without “overanalyzing” any given situation
Ability to converting decisions into targets and implement follow up of these targets
Ability to challenge all stakeholders in a proactive and constructive way
Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences and when doing so, does it in a clear and concise way
Capabilities to understand cultural differences and to navigate in a natural manner in a complex organization
Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or French language is a plus
