HEAD OF SALES

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The Head of Sales is leading the Sales team and responsible of the strategy and management of the accounts in the Middle East region. (15 countries, around 90 MOB, 180 MUB and several Duty Free’s, above 35 Million Topline)

Responsible for the long term and sustainable development of the accounts growth and relationship by leading all strategic projects, delivering robust business model and solutions and go-to-market strategy according to the Swarovski strategy and policy that will maximize performance and achieve sales goals, profit, margin and return on invested capital, whilst minimizing the costs.

Responsible for the budgeting and planning process as well as ensuring Swarovski’s premium brand image, optimal visual merchandising, successful in store operations and store promotions, and delivering best in class service and exciting consumer experience in all points of sale.

Your role will be pivotal and hands on approach in identifying, communicating, and championing customer demands and partnering with the rest of the organization to ensure current and future business requirements and business objectives are met and appropriate functional business plans are in place to ensure added value to the customer.

This position will report directly to the Director CGB Middle East and will align and work closely with all other counterparts of the organization

WHAT WE EXPECT

Full operational responsibility for ALL SALES ACCOUNTS, (in accordance with the CGB Director)
Ensures that the POP is in line with central strategy and guidelines
Distribution expansion
Team Management

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Masters Degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years Professional Level

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Local Language + English (if English not local)

Additonal requriements : Brand mangement,customer relationship management, consumer/customer /industry knowledge
