We are recruiting interns on behalf of a world famous, high-end hotel chain in Dubai. The role of HR Administrator will be for a duration of 6 or 12 months. The successful applicant will receive a salary, lunches and accommodation plus on the job training for the duration of the internship.
Duties:
- Manage HR administration
- Accurately update the HR system
- Assist with employee relations issues (including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability)
- Perform relevant immigration checks
- Assist with inductions, work experience, careers fairs, and the production of training material
- Assist with regular pay reviews/wage queries/absence
- Assist with the completion of training for hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislation
- Assist and resolve all queries

Desirable Skills:
- Experienced in a similar HR role
- Fluent in other European languages (highly desirable)
- Arabic B2 (An advantage, but not essential)

- Must be studying a hospitality and/or tourism-related degree (If not, successful applicants will still be eligible but will be required to undertake a part-time Hotel Management course while on the placement)
