Job Description

1. All employee Visa, coordinating with the pro
2. All Employee Payroll
3. All Employee Performance Appraisal
4. To follow and implement RERA Guidelines
5. Full and Final settlement
6. Leave calculation
7. Employee grievances
8. Personal Filing all staff
9. On-Boarding and Induction all new staff
10. Disciplinary action
11. Letters and other requirements
12. Employee Insurance
13. Joining Formalities
14. Employee data management (Hard copy/Soft copy/On the system).
15. Initiating the joining formality for the new employees ( emailing the candidates Joining forms, Collecting all the documents)
16. The HR Software updating
17. Organizing and coordinating any events in the organization
18. Maintain the documents both soft and hard copy for all the employees.(Personnel File)
19. Issuing Offer letters and any other letters required for the employees.
20. Ensuring new Joinees have a smooth joining by providing them with the Laptop, Phone, access card, and workstation.
21. Handle and resolve any employee grievances
22. Employee attendance & leaves.
23. Coordinate the hiring process with Talent Acquisition Team.

Skills

Flexible with working 6 days/week from Saturday to Thursday.
strong and analytical mindset.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Excellent Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Good Learner.
Excellent Microsoft office and computer skills.
