HR Manager (Arabic Speaker)

NTS Group are working with a leading retail company who are currently recruiting an Arabic speaking female HR Manager to head up their HR Team, based in Dubai. The role is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the complete HR spectrum and would suit an individual who already comes from a HR Generalist background.

The position will be heavily involved in recruitment (from sourcing, Interviewing and onboarding), conducting all new starter inductions, developing job descriptions and job evaluations, performance management, succession planning and conducting regular staff evaluations.

You will be involved in every day HR operations and all forms of employee relations, as well as being responsible for setting KPI’s, dealing with employee salaries/bonus plans, conducting and designing staff recognition programs and developing training plans, for retail staff as well as corporate staff. In addition, the role will involve regular meetings with the senior leadership team, setting HR budgets (in particular for recruitment activity and travel arrangements) and regular staff appraisals.

Requirements To be considered, it is essential you are an Arabic speaker and have previous UAE regional experience. Knowledge of UAE labour laws is highly preferred, as is a minimum of 3 years’ experience working for a reputable multinational company.

You will need have a solid HR Generalist background, people management experience and ideally experience within the retail industry. Excellent Arabic and English skills are essential. For this role, our client would prefer a female candidate.

This position is offering a salary of AED 12,000 – 16,000 (+ Benefits) depending on experience.
