Essential Job Functions:
  • ·Consult with business partners to resolve challenges and develop Business Support based solutions to business problems.
  • ·Facilitate communication among employees and management including employee terminations and government relations.
  • ·May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
  • ·Consult with employees and managers to address issues and develop solutions.
  • · Provide appropriate management/employee counseling while maintaining the needs of the organization and addressing employee-management issues and concerns.
  • · Lead employee relations resolutions and investigations pertaining to issues such as harassment allegations, disciplinary actions and employee grievances.
  • · Objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult performance issues by acting as a neutral advocate.
  • · Must be willing to travel to Qatar /Saudi offices for meetings
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of broad-based Human Resource generalist experience
  • Experience in employee relations and payroll is a must have (200+ Heads)
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment working with operational and support groups to support achievement of business objectives.
Other Skills/Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of Payroll , compensation and benefits packages/programs
  • ·Strong consultative skills, excellent written and oral communication and professional facilitation abilities are necessary
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and execute on Business Support initiatives to enhance corporate performance
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to develop business/financial acumen to better understand business’s economic and financial value drivers.
  • Ability to understand market dynamics for assigned customers and industry overall and share customer market view and business information with teammates
  • Ability to provide strategic, sophisticated, results-oriented business advice and work product
