HR Manager - Large FMCG Organization (Logistics Background)
The HR Generalist provides generalist HR support to the organization in all aspects of human resources, employee relations and recruitment. This role will be covering GCC countries except KSA.
Duties include:
- Advising and coaching managers on people management matters and complying with Employment Law, as well as devising and implementing HR plans
- Lead performance management activities, including employee development planning
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including advertising, selection and interviewing
- Conducting disciplinary/grievance meetings
- Dealing with a healthy volume of ER and HR issues
- Ensure consistency of application of our HR policies and procedures and initiate changes in line with changing legal requirements
- Roll out of Corporate HR related programs including relevant New Hire Training Academies
- Manage the performance and development of direct reports, fostering an environment of professionalism, continuous improvement and collaboration across functional areas of HR.
- Partner with and provide input to Centre of Expertise on the design of a robust suite of HR programs.
- Work with direct reports and senior leaders to deliver such programs including total rewards, talent management, workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Provide expertise in the areas of organization design, organizational effectiveness, change management and serve as an internal facilitator & consultant to the client group.
- Provide active coaching of senior leaders on critical employee development matters.
- Deliver on all annual programs and roll out People initiatives to client group.
- Lead and/or participate on cross functional teams to execute on the Talisman People strategy.
- Ensure new ventures and new country entries are supported from a human resources perspective.
- Provide support and direction to the G&G discipline network.
- In collaboration with Talent Acquisition, coach and mentor hiring managers through the talent acquisition and on-boarding process for new team members.
