Duties and Responsibilities
Managing day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Providing clerical and administrative support to
General Manager  Compiling and update employee
records (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports
relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training,
events etc).
Prepare and accurately maintain all employee files,
both for existing and past employees.
Assist in getting the no dues clear from all departments.

for exit cases and other termination related formalities.

Skills

Qualifications :
• Provide job candidates by screening, interviewing and testing applicants.
• Maintaining HR records (201 file) and time keeping.
• Pays employees by calculating salary
• Compile employee records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree educated.
• Arabic Speaking
•Preferred not essential
• 2-4 years working with HR field.
• Experience processing Visa's.
• Knowledgeable with UAE Labour Law.
• Strong Communication skills Oral and Written.
• Pleasing personality.
