HR Operations Consultant
Areas of responsibility:
Ensure all HR administration is in compliance with governance and national legislation.
Ensure HR administration supports the line organization in terms of quality and timely delivery.
Manage all HR administrative tasks in the HR life cycle; employee contracts, supporting visa applications, maintaining the HR system, on-boarding, support the performance and development process, support retention, recruitment and engagement, termination of employment.
Update training database and document requirements with Line Managers and coordinate and administer all training activity
Research, both within Ramboll and externally, policies and procedures to ensure that Ramboll policies are in line with the market as well as local legislation
continuous develop of HR processes
At all times maintain highest professionalism and maintain confidentiality of HR matters in all circumstances
Operational and technical leadership
Roll out relevant Global and local HR initiatives
Ensure the appropriate implementation policies and processes that reflect the required behaviours, mindset and company culture
Be accountable for the local management and deployment of appropriate global HR systems
Provide the right type and level of HR service
Maximise HR operating efficiencies
Ensure compliance with country specific legal and regulatory requirements
Act as an escalation point for people related issues
Client management
Identify and respond positively to internal client needs
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Be accountable for the delivery of an HR service to defined standards
People leadership
Take accountability for the attraction, recruitment, development and retention of employees within the region
Act as role model for collaborative working with all parts of the business including the Global HR function
Take the lead on promoting diversity
Take the lead in organising internal activities for staff
Commercial management
Monitor and act upon employee engagement measures and targets for the business through ESES
Monitor and act upon people related operating costs and cost efficiency measures
Key success factors
Deliver excellence to line organization, from standard HR processes and policies
Ensure internal customer relations and satisfaction
Participate in development of own role, HR processes and quality

Expected qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or HR
3-5 years in similar position
Excellent organisational skills, effective time management, including the ability to deal with the incompatible demands in order to meet deadlines, prioritise substantial workload and have a willingness to work flexibly
Working understanding of the employment laws and processes of the Middle East/GCC
Good analytical skills
Must be able to work on own initiative, with limited management instruction
Clear English oral and written communication, with attention to detail
Integrity, and an ability to deal with and recognise confidential and sensitive information as well as work in a professional and customer friendly manner
Able to develop positive & productive working relationships with colleagues
Take ownership of own personal/professional development.
Understands importance of and proactive in building customer relationships
Demonstrates analytical, creative & proactive thinking
Solid knowledge of deploying HR systems and services.
