Preparing Training Calendar & Training Budgetand adherence to the same
INDUCTION/ORIENTATION training to new recruits
Organizing Corporate Level & Unit LevelIn-house Training Programs
Coordinating with External Training Vendors to nominate our employees in various programs
Training Need Analysis & Training Evaluation
Maintaining updated ONLINE RECORD Sofall Trainings conducted & reporting to Management.
Skills:
Good Communication Skills
Should have experience in Learning & Development role
Should be from FMCG Industry
Candidate should be from India and ready to relocate for Dubai (UAE)
