HVAC Technician and/or a Multi Technician (fulltime)

The German International School Dubai is a private school with more than 700 students. It covers grades 1 to 12 and a German Kindergarten.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Servicing air cooled screw chiller (preferably York Chillers or Johnsons control)
Trouble shoot HVAC calls
Recovering refrigerant, vacuums, charge Oil, change core filter driers
Trouble shoot screw Chillers
Maintain Chilled water system, Primary pumps, Secondary pumps and plate heat exchangers and their working
Handle electrical trouble shooting
Wall painting jobs
Perform other duties as assigned
Willing to work 6 days/week
Required Qualification
Good command of written and spoken English
Diploma or certificate course in Refrigeration and air conditioning
Min 3 years of work experience handling independent HVAC Calls
Technical Competencies
Job knowledge (Should be familiar with Automation devices of the HVAC field)
HVAC / BMS or Computer skills
Must be able to read electrical drawings and circuits
