Infrastructure Manager (Roads, Drainage, Utilities) - Masterplan Developer

Redpath Partners are currently partnering with one of the UAE's leading real estate development companies. Our client are experiencing an period of unprecedented growth and they are seeking an Infrastructure Manager with a background in the design and construction of roads, drainage and utilities for major masterplanned mixed use development projects. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure design, construction and project delivery of multiple projects. This will include all aspects of Infrastructure works including roads, traffic impact studies, potable water, foul and storm drainage (including  waste water treatment plants and pumping stations), irrigation and landscaping, power supply and substations and district cooling plants.

Our clients project portfolio includes multi-billion dollar masterplanned mixed use communities, high rise residential, retail and hospitality developments. 

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering 
• At least 15 years postgraduate experience of the design and construction major infrastructure projects
• Must have experience of managing external consultants, contractors and 3rd parties
• UAE experience essentially
• Thorough understanding of local RTA and Dubai Municipalities approval processes and standards
• Experience of full development life cycle from initial masterplanning through to handover
• Previous client side experience a distinct advantage
