Job Description

Visa's Innovation & Strategic Partnerships group drives innovations and partnerships at the edge of Visa's network, in close collaboration with clients and partners. These innovations enable Visa's ecosystem to adapt to the evolving commerce space and drive Visa's leadership in electronic commerce and payments.

As part of the Innovation & Strategic Partnership team, you will handle the project life-cycle from POC to pilot mode, and lead the business analysis & documentation activities. The role will cover prototypes developed in the Dubai Innovation Centre, as well as prototypes that are invented through our Client engagements, and you will work with the relevant internal partners to ensure their delivery to pilot. The primary objective of the role is to help our internal and external Clients to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective & efficient way by figuring out requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to partners, facilitators, developers and other partners.

Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Preparing and completing analysis and associated action plans – conceive, organize,
promote and implement effective program initiatives

Resolving problems or concerns or clarifications

Identifying trends that best meet the project or challenge at hand

Analyze customer metrics from real life experience along with digital data

Elicitation of underlying business need to be addressed

Organizing, specifying and modeling the requirements to ensure that are complete &
unambiguous

Documenting the requirements in a format that can be shared with the stakeholders

Ensuring you map requirements to the real business need, are approved by the
stakeholders, and meet the innovative & quality standards Qualifications

Attested experience of 7+ years in a role as analyst and program management

Excellent communication skills coupled with problem solving and critical thinking

Ability to interpret product briefs off storyboards and rapid brainstorming workshops
and detailed the requirements into use cases

Excellent experience in user stories, storyboards, user flow and visual modeling.
Wireframing would be a plus

Agile methodology analysis skills is a requirement.

Demonstrate the ability to embrace the ambiguity and work effectively through ambiguity
until the problem is fully understood & solution is worked on parallel –
rapid prototyping – test, learn and iterate
