Inventory Analyst (E-Commerce)/ MIS Executive (E-Commerce) - Babyshop
The incumbent will be responsible to monitor and report on inventory levels and future forecasting for the ecom channel working with each territory team. In addition, he/she will manage the onsite analytics to drive commercial change to improve on site conversion and sales and generate and publish all MIS for the territory.
# Accountable for ensuring eCom has sufficient weeks of cover on stock and actively work with the territory team to increase allocations if required based on demand forecasting
# Provide guidance to the territory merchandising team through analytics highlighting what stock levels are required for the ecom channel
# Develop strong relationships with warehouse and online category teams in order to achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profitability objectives
# Ownership of the online publishing process, ensuring online content requirements are achieved and eCom selection is increased
# Range management for the online offering reviewing stock holding; WOC's, OOS, EOL, etc. and taking the relevant commercial actions
# Working with the merchandising team to provide ecom forcasts for future intake planning
# Periodically review the set of onsite analytic reports and improve these to provide further insights in how to drive business KPIs
Using on site analytics to improve on site conversion, AOV and IPO
# Using data continually to look at new ways to improve the efficiency of the ecom merchandising process and product life cycle
# Price management for the online offerings, promotion implementation in web as per sales plan & price revision implementation as per territory price
# Manage product badging and ranking as per promotions
Daily, weekly & monthly generating reports for both Omni channel & ecom Job Details
