INVENTORY ASSISTANT ANALYST
OVERVIEW – ROLE PURPOSE
Inventory audit of all Nasser Group owned restaurants on an ongoing basis. Reporting back to Finance leadership and company board on key findings. Investigation into any discrepancies with the aim of reducing losses to business from mismanagement, human error or theft.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Inventory checking and reporting for all stores. Up to 4 days a week will be spent travelling between restaurants across the UAE and potentially wider region
* Process improvement assistance to improve accuracy of the above and reduce time taken
* Best practice training of Store Managers to prevent reoccurrence of errors and minimise future issues
* Issuance of weekly COGS reports to customers in conjunction with manager
* Other COGS assistance where required
* Work closely with the Operations Finance team to ensure optimum performance
* Support for any ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Qualified accountant with minimum 2-3 years Finance experience, within UAE preferable
* Valid UAE (or easily convertible) driver’s licence required.
* Strong PC skills - ERP experience preferred, strong Excel
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
* Proactive and solution focused with high attention to detail
* Investigative mind with positive approach to problem solving
* Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to work the hours as required by a high growth business
