North Indian/Nepali/Srilankan/Tamilian

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform telephone and outdoor sales activities to generate new sales leads * Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

• Enter and update customer information in the database.

• Build close relationship with customer and ensure customer satisfaction through phone calls. * Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
