IT Coordinator

We are looking for an IT Coordinator to join our Information Technology – Support Services division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily coordination of activities related to stationary, collaterals, office supplies, maintenance and implementing the day to day administrative tasks such as communication systems, stationary and office supplies, collaterals, special projects etc. to ensure timely completion of the daily tasks.
  • Logging complaints regarding inoperative equipment and/or site related issues to assign to IT support.

  • Maintaining integrity and accuracy of databases.

  • Sourcing quotations and securing approval after negotiations with supplier(s).

  • Proactively placing orders with supplier to ensure routine purchases consumables.

  • Comparing prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.

  • Calculating costs of orders, and charging or forwarding invoices to appropriate accounts.

  • Undertaking Basic Help Desk, Desktop , Laptop, Office Applications for Users Support.

  • Managing damage items inventory and IT Asset tagging.

Experience and Qualification
  • Minimum Qualification: University Degree Or Equivalent Experience.

  • Minimum Experience: 1 – 3 years of relevant experience

  • Ensure proper usage of common areas such as meeting rooms.

  • Assist in preparation of correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.

  • Resolve complaints regarding inoperative equipment and/or site related issues.

  • Ensure that all communication channels are fully functional at all times.

  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed by the department.

  • Source quotations and secure approval after negotiations with supplier(s).
