IT Desktop Support Engineer - Arabic Speaking
- Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting of Windows XP, Windows Vista Professional, Windows 7 Professional, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of Hardware Support, Desktop & Laptop, Dot matrix and direct Printers / Peripheral Support - Switches and Wireless Access Points (WAPs) - Telecom and cabling systems/management - Multi-Functional Printer Support - IP Phones Support - Fax Machine Support - Scanners - CCTV - Access Control .
- Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printers.
- Thorough knowledge in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS. 5- Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings.
- Installation and configuration of various applications Software like MS office and MS outlook for mails access, Internet Explorer, etc.
- Installed, Configured and Troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components.
- Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup.
- Assembling of Computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to work effectively with end users.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Support and troubleshooting the end-users with their IT hardware equipment in receiving center (PCs, Printers, par codes scanner, scales, screens, etc).
· Manage, support and troubleshooting Dates receiving system, and will be the 1st level of support in regards of season applications (Dates receiving system, Crates & Lawson, etc).
· Support and follow-up the network connection in RC.
· Support and follow-up CCTV in RC.
· Reporting directly to IT Hardware Supervisor.
· Sending his daily task to Hardware Supervisor.
