IT Director

On behalf of our client a leading E-Commerce site we are looking to recruit an IT Director. You will be responsible for providing leadership in identifying, assessing and managing the company's technology needs which will include team leadership, strategy and planning, software development, server side set up and management, team management, technical support and communication and problem solving.

Requirements

The successful applicant must have a Masters degree in a related field, senior level software development skills with the ability to lead a large technical team, have a high level of open source experience, specifically in PHP and Python development, advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, experience managing a large team of software developers and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Please note only candidates with proven experience in the e-commerce sector will be considered for this role.
