Designs and implements AccorHotels IT strategy and standards in the hotels and headquarters of the region / country according to local rules and constraints
Supervises and controls IT actions in the region
Leads and supervises the region / country IT department
Represents the IT department, Accor Hotels country & Accor group
Helps business operations to fullfill their own objectives and improve their efficiency
Assists local management at decision making process with his/her proposals
Acts as a key person to Accorhotels Digital Plan roll out and support
Liaises with Corporate Digital Services at the Group Headquarter in France
Drives the company’s IT priorities in the region
Plans contingency situations
Coaches and develops team members, proposes trainings and development plans
Contributes to maintain a positive team-spirit
