During your tenure as an IT Network Specialist, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

• Identify and analyze areas of potential improvement to information and infrastructure assets and provide guidance to business decision-makers with development of mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that adequate and effective operational processes and controls are followed and aligned to deliver compliance with availability, performance and regulatory requirements.
• Serve a technical lead role in designing and managing all Deloitte Network Infrastructure and management.
• Work proficiently with routers, switches, multiplexors, modems, transceivers, and wireless access points. Creating router and switching configurations and should be very knowledgeable of Cisco command line instructions.
• Design practices of firewalls and load balancers.
• Have to be fully competent in performing TCP/ IP subnetting using a variety of masks. Have to be experienced in maturely using EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, GRE tunnels, IPSec, SSL, VPN, HSRP, DHCP, QoS, CoS, priority queuing, trunking, and other data communication protocols.
• Implement secure measures within hosting architectures ( access-lists, firewalls, IDS, VPNs, etc. Designing Local Area Network connections in a complex and large scale datacenter.
• Responsible for monitoring, evaluating and maintaining systems and procedures to protect the systems and data from unauthorized users.
• Identify potential threats, respond to reported security violations and recommend corrective actions to ensure data security.
• Research, recommend and implement changes to procedures and systems to enhance data systems security.
• Recommend, schedule (where appropriate), and apply fixes, security patches, disaster recovery procedures, and any other measures required in the event of an outage or security breach.
• Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security enhancement and Service development efforts.
• Provide guidance to business decision-makers on issues and development of risk mitigation strategies while developing and maintaining policies, processes and standards to reduce risk, minimizing business disruption and ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a networking role engaged in the solution
• Knowledge of MPLS and QoS Basic knowledge of security technologies
• End to end solution implementation on cloud and proficiency in introducing Hyper V and VM Ware infrastructure
• Implementation and support of IP network infrastructures including technologies such as BGP/OSPF routing, L2/L3 switching, server load balancing, QoS, MPLS, network security and network monitoring in large scale multi-site data Centre, service provider, or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience with network security technologies including network firewall, IPSec and SSL VPN, RADIUS/TACACS, network intrusion and detection, network access control and web content proxy/filtering.
• Certified in CCNA\ CCNP or CCIE.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or CCIE certification is strongly preferred
• Experience with network tools such as Cisco works, SolarWinds, NetQoS, NetCool, Vitalnet, and other performance monitoring software
