IT Project Manager - Oracle E-Business - Initial 6 Month Contract
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Oracle E-Business expert to manage projects related to developing data warehousing, new planning and forecasting tools and the Oracle Finance system upgrade.
Initially joining on a 6 month contract, you will have every opportunity to establish the role and your place within an organisation with very exciting and ambitious plans for the future. In addition to being very involved in a number of exciting international projects, a longer term extension on the contract is a very achievable aim.
- Work with the senior Finance leaders in the Middle East and Asia to drive all new initiates and developments related to the Oracle E-Business Suite of the organisation.
- Gain a strong understanding of the existing Finance setup quickly and establish credibility in moving changes forward for the business.
- Understand the requirements of the Finance leaders and offer consultation on new changes to help meet the ever-growing needs of the business.
- Document existing processes and system standards to assist with future upgrade to Oracle Fusion.
- Work with colleagues in the Europe region to understand the alternative systems to seek collaboration and integration opportunities.
- Define the scope, work streams and priorities then manage expectations across the wider business of all project deliverables
- Extensive Oracle E-Business experience and knowledge
- Extensive experience on delivering upgrades and implementation projects
- Must have proven experience of working closely with Finance departments, liaising regularly with senior leaders
- Awareness of joint venture / franchise business models and associated operational / technical challenges
- Knowledge of data warehousing
