Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in writing complex Javascript applications
- excellent knowledge of plain Javascript
- good knowledge and experience in writing in ES6
- good knowledge of Javascript build tools and npm ecosystem
- experience with writing React + Redux applications
- experience with optimizing websites on frontend part
- Knowledge of CoffeeScript
- Knowledge of other programming languages (ideally Ruby, Ruby on Rails)
- Recent versions of Ruby & Ruby on Rails
- Modern patterns like presenters or form and service objects
- Asynchronous facilities, eg. large exports, message passing
- Direct and ActiveRecord-based use of PostgreSQL
- Data querying and caching with Redis
- ESLint-ed JavaScript with jQuery and lodash
- Growing amount of ES6 code using React and flux architecture
- System flow highly based on AJAX & JSON APIs
- Growing amount of subsystems (aka. microservices)
- Dynamic and diverse tech stack, eg. Elixir/Phoenix prototypes
- Use of external APIs including AWS, Twilio, Mandrill, Heroku
- Custom tooling for deployment, monitoring and reports
- Close to code quality score on CodeClimate and top Apdex in New Relic
- Agile development flow based on Jira, Slack and the CI
- CodeClimate to guard a topclass Ruby code (Rubocop) and JavaScript (ESLint)
- New Relic to inspect and fix performance issues
- Frequent prototyping of new technologies to lead in the project's business
- Sane approach to testing and code reviews
