Reporting to the Joint Venture Manager/ Finance Manager, the Joint Venture Accountant will be responsible to/for;

• Maintain the books of accounts for the Joint Venture Assets
• Total compliance with JOA provisions and should be able to meet deadlines.
• Ensure internal and external reporting is carried out.
• Creation of Annual Opex cost codes for Maximo invoice routing.
• Assist and respond to partner queries and support Finance Committee and Operating Committee as on when required.
• Prepare and issue of Joint Venture Billings, Cash and bank reconciliation Statements, Cost Carry Statements and periodical Cash Calls after Joint Venture Manager / Finance Manager review as appropriate.
• Review of Gross book transactions recorded for each month running the Cutback process for net reporting.
