The job holder will be responsible for:
- Brand / segment performance monitoring.
- Generate Insights / Define needs through surveys, panels, consumer visits.
- Ensure good visibility and the presence of the brands.
- Analyze and interpret the data of the consumer and market distributor (ad hoc Study, consumer panels and distributors).
- Monitor competitive activity.
- Ensure the "Competitive Intelligence"
- Monitor the brand performance / Evaluate promotions.
- To analyze the evolution of sales by format, by circuit.
- Follow permanently brand performance in terms of volume, CAN, gross margin, RAC and equity.
- Support on advertising and media agencies management.
- Support in the innovation process taking into account Middle-East specificities.
- Drive needed consumer studies with market research department
- Manage the budget related to her / his work.
- Control and improve the brand P&L
- Support in building and follow up process for the brand budget.
- Ensure consistency of trade marketing activities vs. brand.
- Ensure good marketing understanding & consumer knowledge.
- Ensure excellent plan execution (coordinating between different departments – Industrial, Supply Chain, Trade Marketing and Sales – and providing them with the data and analysis needed).
- Ensure Marketing reporting.
