As Junior Contract Manager your attention is on commercial topics with a technical touch, strategy development as well as negotiation and communication. You deal with various departments starting from the construction site to high-level management as well as suppliers and clients giving you the possibility to prepare for a leading role in BEUMER Group. Contract and Change Management is part of project management maximizing financial and operational success and minimizing risks. Activities involve monitoring the project from contractual perspective, contract analysis, preparation and negotiation, contractual correspondence, handling claims and consulting project and executive management.

Our Dubai office is a hub for airport projects in the Middle East but also supports other regions around the world with about 200+ employees from more than 20 countries and has its own sales, engineering, customer support and project execution teams. Dubai is a tolerant and cosmopolitan home to many companies doing business in the MENA region. The position is best suited for recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Engineering and Business and Civil Engineering or with majors and/or work experience in any of the following fields - Contract Management, Construction Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Materials Management, Logistics Management or other related fields. The applicant shall be able to demonstrate excellent English communication and analytical skills. Experience with FIDIC contract standards is a benefit.
