The Company:
Well established group of companies with multiple lines of business throughout the GCC region are now seeking to recruit an in-house Lawyer to oversee the companies legal activities and repot to the CEO based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the inhouse lawyer responsible for overseeing the companies legal practices including corporate governance and all legal matters
• Draft all corporate contracts and agreements and be responsible for ensuring compliance with best practice
• Represent the company on all legal matters relating to disputes
• Work in conjunction with the HR Director on legal matters relating to employees / contracts disputes
