Learning and Development Manager

The Role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager who will lead the Training/L&D and Talent management for a fast growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems
  • Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization
  • Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs
  • Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external providers
  • Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards
  • Plan and deliver training courses across the GCC

The Candidate
  • 5 years plus experience working within Talent Management and L&D
  • E-Commerce/Technical experience - Preferred not essential
  • Strong experience with E-Learning
