Legal Assistant

Our client within the financial Investment Banking industry are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy team within their Abu Dhabi offices

Salary 23,000 AED

Duties:
- Assisting the Lawyers with document based work such as correspondence, drafting, amending, marking up and proof reading of commercial and financial contracts e.g NDA's, MoA, SLAs and IT Agreements ISDAs, Margin trading terms
- Assisting with liaising and detailing of queries from the business
- General admin
- Legal Translation Arabic & English
- Accurate proof reader
