As Lifestyle Manager:

You will ensure that the efficient operations of Cryo Health
Branch is consistently in line with the strategies and brand
standards given to you, whilst meeting guest and owner
expectations.
Cryo Lifestyle Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth
operation of the activities and maintenance of all Cryo
equipment, to ensure compliance to all SOP standards for staff
conduct, treatment room set up and treatment execution while maintaining the hygiene and ambiance standards.
Cryo Lifestyle Manager will provide guests with excellent
customer service at all times, giving precise knowledge &
information of all Cryo services and their benefits, promote and recommend programs beneficial to the client as well as
recommend and sell retail products. You will be responsible for
the Branch’s client retention process. You will ensure the
accuracy and the efficiency of the booking system, that all
appointments have been confirmed, payments and charges are accurately posted, reports are prepared and sent out on time as stipulated in the SOP provided to you. You will be the example to your team of how to provide courteous, professional, efficient information to your guests at all times.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain an up to date knowledge of all Cryo treatments, benefits, and news releases, sharing
this information with your staff and your clients
2. Work closely with the General Manager recommending program changes as necessary.
3. Collaborate with other Branch Managers to develop new incentives to drive revenue.
4. Ensure you and your staff work together to reach set targets.
5. Maximize revenue and cash flow by promoting Cryo services, special Cryo programs, packages
and upgrades when appropriate.
6. Maintain accurate accounting for all cash flow.
7. Create cost saving controls, ensure economical and safe use of supplies and equipment.
8. Interact with your staff in a professional manner, assisting them with information or support
when required.
9. Communicate all important information in operations promptly to the General Manager.
10. Follow set procedures on all operational tasks.
11. Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour.
12. Maintain an accurate supply list and inventory sheet.
13. Maintain a clean and organized facility by monitoring the space regularly.
14. Inspect changing rooms and ensures they clean and fully supplied as indicated in the SOP.
15. Report any necessary interior repairs to maintenance
16. Report promptly any Cryo equipment operational malfunction or complaint received by clients.
17. Assist in the efficient operation of Cryo facility.
18. Assist Cryo Marketing department when required to participate, promote and monitor planned
events for Cryo.
19. Decorate the facility within budgeted amounts (flowers, plants etc.)
20. Solicit guest feedback via guest comment cards and acknowledge guest preferences for future
visits.
21. Handle all guest complaints with the utmost confidence, grace and concern for their satisfaction.
22. Uphold all safety standards demonstrated by Cryo Services Team safety training protocols.
23. Provide courteous, efficient service to all guests Cryo visitors.
24. Greet guests upon arrival with enthusiasm.
25. Provide guests with a tour, explaining the Cryo-therapy with medical terms, professional
language and answers any questions or concerns the guest may have about Cryo with precision
