Key Responsibilities:
To handle, maintain, keep the records and follow up with all Courier companies.
Receive invoices from the courier companies, audit them and upload on the shared file for finance and logistics purpose.
Make bookings with courier companies from worldwide to KSA, UAE, and Egypt (Inbound & Outbound).
Keep a tidy records of all shipping docs of all the department, and maintain an online copy on Souq Drive for the finance to access anytime.
Follow up on all intercompany shipments and maintain a record.
To handle the alternative Courier contracts (International Business such as: maintain clean report, audit the shipping invoices, trace and correct any delay or problem, keep the relation with international sellers, provides weekly report, and any additional work required.
Be a surrogate in case of emergency or absence or vacation of any other member in the team.
In charge of online booking with Fulfillment Center for inbound orders: to coordinate and make an effective link among the freight forwarders and Fulfillment Center inbound team for smooth deliveries.
Any other administrative task within logistics and Fulfillment Center scope.
Job Requirements:
0 to 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Communication, negotiation, Outgoing, Problem solving, planning & organizing, and demonstrable strong business acumen.
Must be hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.
