1.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to

analyze, plan, implement and maintain HR systems and processes by supporting and analysing technology solutions to to ensure that the HR team and its customers have the tools and systems

to effectively manage the employee life cycle.

The job holder will be responsible for delivering a progressive, high quality service to the business through partnering with all HR functions in coordination with internal ICT department and external service providers ( Dubai Smart Government, products and solution providers)

The role holder is also responsible for managing and delivering HR Metrics/management information to DA leadership to enable improved visibility and better decision making.

2.

Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge

Qualifications and Education:
The job holder will have a

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information System (MIS). A professional qualification in project management, PMP or Prince 2 is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 6-8 years of work experience, out of which 4 years should be in enterprise information/ systems management. It is preferable for the candidate to have experience in handling multiple projects involving various systems integration and GRP projects.

Training:
Developmental training is required in any area for professional development and/or mandatory purposes.

Knowledge:
Excellent analytical thinking and project management skills, and being up-to-date on HR leading practices and systems.

Job Accountabilities and Current Objectives

Plan and design HR technology & process strategy in partnership with other HR functions and manage the execution of all HR applications/systems/solutions. To manage and coordinate the project in terms of guiding clients through a process assessment, identification and clarification of requirements, application configuration, implementation, user acceptance and post production support.

Partner with all HR functions in directing and/or managing projects that implement innovative technologies in support of business improvements ensuring that systems and processes in place are compatible with corporate ICT and GRP architecture, infrastructure and security requirements, governance and quality assurance.

Responsible for continuously improving systems processes to support Human Resource initiatives and business needs. This includes review, analysis and evaluation of existing processes and recommending leading practices through benchmarking for sustainable growth and identify possible opportunities and solutions for automation.

Accountable for employee’s master data integrity including the use and dissemination of employee information, data protection, data accuracy and data records retention.

Prepare and report monthly, quarterly, and annual HR metrics portfolio and dashboards for Dubai Airports leadership team as well as design and implement solutions that ensures that all HR data is accurately maintained for effective reporting and analysis.

Support the lead HR representative for reporting on bbusiness focus areas through coordination with internal HR functions to ensure BFA requirements are met.

Communication and Working Relationships

This role involves a high degree of competency in the written and spoken English. The job holder will therefore be clear communicator at all organizational levels, including external communication with the GRP team in the E-government and other IT vendors.

Key Dimensions and Related Job Results

The job holder responsible does not have any direct budgetary responsibilities, however indirectly responsible for project portfolio budgets of approximately 1 Million

Operating Environment

The job holder will work in an office environment with normal working hours as per company policy. However, he / she will be required to have extended external interactions with E-gov representatives, as well as technical supplier providers if necessary.
