Manager – Culture and Engagement ( UAE National s only)

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to create and embed the organisation development engagement tool in order to meet the business objectives and drive a high-performance culture of change. The job holder should design and implement engagement and culture initiatives building individual and organisational capability to support the delivery of the business climate that drives our desired culture. From conception through to delivery, initiatives will include designing and managing functional programmes to improve employee engagement and drive a culture of accountability, agility and service.

Qualifications and Education:
The job holder will be educated to degree level, ideally with a postgraduate qualification or professional certification in business psychology or human resources.

Experience:
At least 8-10 years experience within a large organisation implementing talent development projects. The job holder must have experience in implementing the people and culture key drivers into change initiatives and must have had experience in working at a managerial and employee level, cross functionally with demonstrable evidence of delivering against projects and in cross function teams. Experience in developing and cascading engagement strategies is an additional requirement.

Training:
The job holder must show evidence of continuing professional training and development.

Knowledge:
− HR Strategy

− National Development Strategy and Delivery

− Hands on experience to implement and manage engagement surveys end to end.

− Advanced computer skills

− Cultural Change

− Supplier management

Additional requirements include:
− An appreciation of airport operations

− An ability to manage changing priorities

− Innovation and creativity with experience of high level contact with customers and key influencers

− Demonstration of analytical skills including an ability to carry out research

− Effective communication skills with the ability to listen, negotiate, engage and consult with others

− Business knowledge expertise/awareness

− Financial concepts and applications

− Business goals/objectives/direction
