Meraas Holding is involved in a number of high profile projects across Dubai. As a Financial Analyst, your role will be responsible for providing significant inputs to the decision making process by conducting all sorts of financial analysis as per the guidance of the Management.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following;

• Taking responsibility of measurement, planning and forecasting of financial activities and implications to income statement and balance sheet.
• Handling monthly reporting and financial analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and projections.
• Gathering and analyzing company financial statements, industry, regulatory and economic information, and financial periodicals and newspapers.
• Evaluating business proposals with complete analysis of economic impact on business.
• Providing linkage across organization of analytical methods and definitions used in analysis and reporting of acquisition and base offers, valuation of customers and health of the customer base.
• Assembling spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports and prepare feasibilities and cash flow estimates.
• Interpreting data affecting investment programs, such as price, IRR, NPV, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences.
• Assisting in financial analysis of prospective investment opportunities, conducting in-house due-diligence and business valuation and in updating project models and feasibility
• Preparing annual financial information binder to be provided to the external auditors
• Maintaining budget and reforecasting information in the accounting system and evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed
• Analyzing financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support as well as P&Ls;, gross and net revenues and all financial models
• Identifying financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Conducting Market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
• Improving financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
