Manager for Rental Car Company

Sales Manager:
The Manager & Sales will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the company, as required for the effective and efficient operation of the Rental Car Service.

Duties: The duties and responsibilities of Sales Manger include but are not limited to the following: - Dealing with customers and preparing rental agreements - Monitoring and follow up with clients and driver on pickup or delivery of vehicles  - Check up all vehicles in daily basis, the cars should be clean and maintain  - Do online marketing  - Provide Highest customer service to clients - Relevant experience with RTA system for rental agreement, Trafic fines, vehicles registrations, Transfering Vehicles - Dealing with RTA, Police, Insurance companies  - implementing business procedures  - Assessing employee performance  - Relating to Customers - Negotiating contracts and deals with clients - Maintaining professionalism in the workplace  - Mediating staff issues  - Interviewing and hiring staff - Motivating colleagues  - Improving goods and services  - Preparing reviewing financial data - Networking with industry peers, competitors and prospective clients - Minimizing expenditure - Managing budgets - Attending business meetings, events and industry functions - Working Hours 9:00am to 9:00pm  Essential Education Qualifications and Attainments A bachelor’s or Master degree in business Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience  - Relevant experience in Rental Car business for minimum 5 years Prioritization skills Confidentiality and discretion  Confidence and attentiveness  Networking and research
