SUMMARY
The Manager, International Sales is responsible for profitable sales of Oshkosh Commercial products, including whole goods, parts and service, to distributors and end user while ensuring customer satisfaction and developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Furthermore, the manager is responsible for locating and developing new distribution channels for a specific region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage day to day sales activities for a specific region
  2. Manage distribution network for a specific region
  3. Assist with sales forecasting activities and determine sales objectives
  4. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, trends, and price analysis
  5. Develop specifications to meet customers’ needs and drive speciation
  6. Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives and sales managers
  7. Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team
  8. Participate in industry trade shows
  9. Provide customer service to existing customer base
  10. Develop and provide technical workshops for customers
  11. Monitor and evaluate activities of the competition
  12. Review customer technical requirements and suggest bids specifications
  13. All other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably assigned by the employer

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
  • 5-plus year’s experience in heavy duty truck and/or capital equipment sales

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time to Europe, Russia and parts of Africa
  • Experience with Dealer, Channel Partner and Business development
