Managing Director/ Executive Director /Senior Project Director

A multinational EPC company operating in the Middle East is looking to hire a Managing Director/Executive Director/Senior Project Director with wide experience in the Oil, Gas, Petroleum, Refinery, Power and Infrastructure sectors.
Experience in the Engineering and Design Management stage additional to the Project Management execution stage
Management of Personnel Resources -- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Management of Financial Resources -- Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.
Judgment and Decision Making -- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Essential requirements, Skills and Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Engineering + MBA is a must
Minimum Fifteen (15) years’ senior management experience managing multiple oil, gas, petroleum, power and Infrastructure projects involving project and construction management, Safety and environmental protection is essential.
Excellent written and analytical skills in English, including presentation and delivery as well as financial and other analysis techniques
Experience in Human Resources management at a field level including distance management
Accountability is essential
Valid Driving Licence from any country is a must
Aged between 40 to 55 years. Arabic knowledge is an advantage (but not a must)
Experience in budget management, knowledge of financial procedures and P/L
