Client is a Leading International Building Materials Manufacturer. Due to their rapidly expanding business a position for Marketing Admin assistant has been identified for their DIP office.
The primary focus of the role is to enhance the digital and electronic marketing presence of in the Middle East region, while also supporting with general administration in the Sales Support team.
Mission: What is the primary purpose of this function?
The Purpose of the function is to enable customers, such as Architects, installers, authorities, contractors, clients, fire departments etc to locate and utilize the companies Middle East “online” material quickly and easily – generating an invisible presence in all customer type regional offices.
An ongoing task of SEO, email campaigns, professional social media, web site updates will all help to enhance the existence of their Middle East presence, which in turn should result in a greater control of leads, contacts, opportunities through to conversion or hand over to a colleague.
Working closely with the Administration Manager to support general daily tasks such as photocopying, printing, binding, and other general office tasks.
- Diploma or Degree level in digital/ online marketing
- 3 years in a marketing role – with a preference towards digital & website management
- Fluent English reading and writing is essential, preferred Arabic/ Hindi/ Farsi
