Marketing Coordinator

Job Description :

Robert Bird Group are seeking highly motivated skilled Marketing Coordinator with thorough regional knowledge of the Structure and Construction industry.

The successful applicant will have;
  • Proficient knowledge of MS, In Design and Adobe suites
  • Marketing experience within the UAE ideally in Engineering Construction field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of Arabic is desirable
  • English Language proficiency is a must (verbal and written)

You will be a team player with the ability to work as part of a team of experienced engineers and producing high quality, Marketing material.

The Duties include but not limits to:
  • Keep account of and follow up with all regional submissions
  • Coordinate and prepare Industry award submissions
  • Prepare material for and lead regional marketing meetings
  • Preparation and maintenance of internal and external communication materials including but not limited to project sheets, project descriptions and general client correspondence
  • Design and production of marketing material including but not limited to clients presentations, proposal documentation, company brochures and capability statements, company newsletter.
  • Working closely with the leadership team to assist in the development and implementation of branding and communication strategies in line with global marketing strategy
  • Assist with the production of monthly marketing reports
  • Identify any initial reviews of advertised opportunities for consideration by the Managing Director and Group Marketing Team.
  • Ensure all updated marketing materials are available for MENA office use as and when required.
  • Manage the photo library content for projects.
  • Manage the collection (collect, when required) project marketing information on completion of projects
  • Assist all Directors in marketing and publicity activities as required.
  • Organisation and maintenance of all relevant files for proposals
  • Performing market research to identify new opportunities (sectors/ geographies)
  • Maintain the MENA client database to ensure it is current and accurate
  • Organise advertising space and materials as appropriate.
  • Manage sponsorship opportunities as appropriate
  • Prepare and maintain competitor profiles.
  • Maintain staff CVs
  • Assisting in ensuring office has all required regional pre-qualification and registration
  • Planning and organisation of client (and staff) meetings and functions
  • Design and procurement of promotional materials
