Marketing & Event Manager
- Lead a multi-cultural team to ensure alignment of global and regional commercial strategy
- Budget forecasting, planning and tracking
- Perform post project reports and analysis, demonstrating cost saving and achievement of business objectives
- Brand custodian, fulfilling the regional role to promote and protect the brand through overseeing and monitoring the concept, design and production of communication materials, including advertising campaigns, collateral, corporate giveaways and environment branding. ( Build a brand archive)
- Management Reporting
- Develop, manage and execute projects; including site/facilities management
- Project management from initial brief to execution
- Execution of regional and international events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows; demonstrating a high level of commercial understanding; contributing toward Business Development and Commercial / sales efforts.
- Planning and implementation of media and advertising efforts, across digital and offline platforms, to ensure brand proposition, promise and positioning.
- Enhancing the company's competitive position with marine clients as well as branding The company's as the employer of choice in the region, in the maritime and cruise industry.
- Oversee dpworld.ae to develop a savvy website, the face of the company – face of the flagship.
- Oversee corporate giveaways; stock management and quality control.
- To monitor and measure effectiveness and evaluate impact of communication efforts. Recommend improvements, innovations and solutions.
- To develop reporting tools and structures to demonstrate ROI and how the marketing function is benefiting the business.
- Ability to establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, agencies for outsourcing requirements. As well as establishing relationships and rapport with internal departments, customers, business partners, government bodies and authorities at all levels.
