1) Minimum 3 to 5 Years of UAE Experience in Recruitment Field with UAE License.
2) Ability to lead a team of minimum 15 members in Marketing and liaise with the Admin/HR team.
3) Efficiency to bring Recruitment business from UAE and GCC Countries.
4) Capability to appoint Overseas Recruitment Companies.
5) Attractive personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
6) Ability to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
